To make a change to an automated gift, please fill out the form below. We will create a paper form with your information that must be signed to process the change. If you prefer, you can also contact us directly, or come to the church office to make a change in person.

Once you've filled out this form, we will contact you within 2-3 business days to let you know the paper form is able to be signed.

What is the frequency for your donation

We pay a small fee for each automated transfer. Choosing to give monthly results in 75% less fees than if a donation is made on a weekly basis.
